A couple approached The Mortgage Library to refinance their home and raise additional funds to do some home improvements, which included a large rear extension to extend their kitchen and dining area. Owing to the husband only being self-employed for just one year, it was clear that we had to approach a new lender in order to get the amount they wanted to borrow.
